The theme flower for the 2012 Hong Kong Flower Show is “Hyacinth”. This event happening will showcase this beautiful plant and a rich plethora of potted plants, beautiful floral arrangements and gorgeous landscape displays. There will also be commercial stalls selling flowers and other horticultural products. During the show there will be many activities for enjoyment of all ages.

The activities outside of looking at all the amazing flowers include: student drawing competition, photo competition, exhibit competition, music and cultural performances, floral art demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, plant maintenance workshops, green stalls, guided visits, recreation programs and fun games.

The Hong Kong Flower Show is a great place for all ages and is quite affordable.  The normal rate is $14; children, students and senior citizens over 60 are $7; and persons with disabilities and minder are $7.
