The Hong Kong International Film Festival is one of Asia’s most reputable stages for filmmakers and filmgoers from all over the world to unveil new works and experience brilliant films. This year the Hong Kong International Film Festival known as HKIFF will be celebrating its 36th anniversary.  There will be over 330 titles from more than 50 countries in 12 cultural venues.

The HKIFF is committed to discovering new talent. The festival premieres the latitude of Chinese cinema and showcases Asian talents. Since it is a lifestyle event, festival-goers can enjoy world class films, attend seminars presented by leading filmmakers from around the world, visit film exhibitions, participate in merriment parties, and much more. 

The Festival attracts extensive media coverage from over 560 global press members and continues to grow in vital importance as the leading platform to launch films to Asia.
