The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and legendary afternoon teas, are served with elegance and style, making the Clipper Lounge the long-established rendezvous for both social and business gatherings. Café Causette
The lively show-kitchens serve Asian and international dishes such as Nasi Goreng, Hainan Chicken Rice to The Mandarin Burger and pizza's which are considered by locals as the best in town. The extensive menu is a firm favourite for Hong Kong residents and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong's famed afternoon tea is also served here.
Mandarin Grill & Bar
It is here that talented Executive Chef, Uwe Opocensky, serves an exciting adaptation of grill specialties with a dash of progressive gastronomy. High-quality organic ingredients and seasonally inspired dishes remain the backbone of this restaurant, however Uwe's ingenious touches adds an otherwise unexpected flair.
Pierre
This stunning two Michelin starred restaurant, situated on the 25th floor, is Pierre Gagnaire's pied a terre in Hong Kong. Recipient of its second Michelin star in 2011, diners can expect outstanding modern French cuisine in a stunning environment.
